In 2006 I began a journey that would change my life forever. It was the year I started training at The Coaches Training Institute and found a career that aligned with my values, passion, and skills. It was a heart-opening experience as it taught me how to look at myself through the lens of discovery to find my truth and owning that the person taking me for granted the most was me. Once I got out of my own way, my mission was clear – help women step into their greatness! I created the acronym D.I.V.A. because I wanted a way to celebrate women universally and see them as the smart, intelligent, and resilient women they are.
My work has expanded and includes conducting workshops, group coaching, and speaking to organizations. A Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services Management allows me to reach individuals and populations with specific needs, enabling me to create unique D.I.V.A. programs for them.
Recently I received a Thumbtack BEST OF 2015 award for Career Guidance Services as a result of my great customer reviews!
All of this was possible because I had a wonderful blueprint to follow, my mother, The Original D.I.V.A. Thinking back, it was her strength that made her beautiful. She was not afraid of being different – she fully embraced it. She knew her worth and matched passion with skill to succeed in her many successful business ventures.
I see every woman as a D.I.V.A. and coach from that perspective, encouraging her greatness from within.
